This warranty covers all manufacturing defects and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, online or offline.
Should you find a defect on your item within this period, our team will arrange to repair your bag at no extra cost (original proof of purchase is required).

Terms and conditions:
- For manufacturing defects reported within six (6) months of purchasing, all repair expenses will be covered for purchases made directly from Sometime only.
- A replacement bag will be arranged for defects beyond repair. Subject to product availability.
- The limited warranty does not cover bag or personalization damages caused by misuse, modification, water damage, or cosmetic damages (e.g. scratches, wear and tear, peeling, soiling, etc).
- The limited warranty is not applicable to the Reject Sale Collection.
