RETAIL ASSISTANT

The ideal candidate must learn our modus operandi, manage customers' enquiries and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to learn new things quickly and adapt to new procedures and processes.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable retail store all the time.

Attentive to customers and make recommendations when needed.

Well equipped with knowledge of the brand, designers, and services to provide accurate answers to customers’ questions.

Handle customer complaints and concerns with constructive solutions.

Assist with inventory count and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays.

Reports to the Retail Manager.

Candidates with retail experience will be prioritized.

 

RETAIL MANAGER

The ideal candidate is responsible for the day-to-day aspects of stock, sales report, retail store and staffs management. 

Must be very well versed with Retail Assistant’s job scope and execute at the same time.

Manage store operations and allocate staffs’ work shifts and responsibilities.

Supervise and guide staffs towards maximum performance.

Deal with customers’ complaints and maintain store’s reputation.

Monitor stock levels, purchases and ensure stocks availability in store.

Plan and oversee in-store events or display.

Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.

The leader responsible for all in-store related matter.

Reports to the Business and Brand Team.

Candidates with retail experience will be prioritized.

 

BRAND MANAGER

The ideal candidate is highly independent, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and must have spent at least 4 years in the creative, media or brand-building industry.

Main point of contact and liaison with internal teams, external partners and clients to manage product launches and campaign related matter.

Plan, manage and maintain continuous digital development such as website and apps, with developers. Execute digital initiatives such as newsletters, digital media etc.

The leader and manager of the Brand and Community team that handles customers’ enquiries and expectations from all touch points, develops social media calendar and manages influencers and celebrities’ engagement.

Work closely with the Creative team to develop everything brand and campaign related materials.

Plan and manage event and activation including store setup and launch. Work closely with contractors and vendors.

Work closely with the product and business operations teams to support product production processes.

Plan and manage PR initiatives with our PR agency.

Handles and manages corporate order.

Candidates with advertising agencies experience will be prioritized.

 

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

The ideal candidates must be meticulous, hardworking and highly reliable to handle our products.

Check and ensure quality of each product is met.

Ensure inventory is arranged and updated accordingly.

Pick and pack products for delivery.

Conduct inventory stock count from time to time.

   

PRODUCT MANAGER / EXECUTIVE

The ideal candidate must have experience working in a fashion accessories company handling product development.

Strong knowledge in raw materials and processes for bag production.

Experienced in dealing with production teams and factories.

Able and have been working hand-in-hand with Product Designers and Artists to conceptualize and develop bags and accessories from scratch.

Strong fundamentals in material sourcing and prototype development.
