The ideal candidate will be the key person managing the brand's communications and community - Social media, PR, events, and content creation, among other things.

Possess excellent communication and writing skills - Social posts, articles and other communication materials for social media and other channels. 

Responsible for strategic/marketing communication plans to provide direction for the brand’s campaign and public communications. 

Attend to customers by providing products and services information, clarifying and resolving complaints and follow up on every single enquiries efficiently on all touch points such as emails, social media, phone calls and walk-ins.

Learn and work closely with the Business and Operations teams to educate and manage customer's expectations.

Able to multitask and manage high volume of enquiries on an ongoing basis is a must.



The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of solid experience in the finance or accounting field. This position reports to the Finance Manager.

Prepare full set account, management and financial report including monthly intercompany reconciliation for review and analysis.

Assist in daily accounting, including preparing invoices, payment vouchers and other internal documentations.

Ensure timely and proper maintenance of accounting record and systematic filing of documents.

Liaise with auditor/tax agent.

Compile and manage GST record and constantly ensure compliance with GST rules and regulations.

Actively involved in resolving issues related to finance, account and GST.

Having professional qualification i.e. ACCA/CIMA/MICPA/CPA or equivalent will be a bonus.



The ideal candidates are females who are meticulous, hardworking and highly reliable to handle our products.

Check and ensure quality of each product is met.

Ensure inventory is arranged and updated accordingly.

Pick and pack products for delivery.

Conduct inventory stock count from time to time.



The ideal candidate is highly independent and must have spent at least 4-5 years in the creative, media or brand-building industry.

Experienced in strategizing thematic and tactical campaigns.

Strong knowledge in the digital environment especially on ecommerce site management and performance marketing.

Able to work with the creative team from planning to execution for everything brand-related, from product shoot to launch.

Manage and optimize marketing activities and spend to ensure ROI.

Being able to manage and personally drive any digital performance platforms will be a plus point.

Candidate that has formerly handled fashion accessories brands will be prioritized. 



The ideal candidate must have experience working in a fashion accessories company handling product development.

Strong knowledge in raw materials and processes for bag production.

Experienced in dealing with production teams and factories.

Able and have been working hand-in-hand with Product Designers and Artists to conceptualize and develop bags and accessories from scratch.

Strong fundamentals in material sourcing and prototype development.
